We store the visitor's choice in the browser's localStorage under the `blme_cookie_consent` key.
If the visitor accepts, the Google tag (`gtag.js`) is loaded with the `AW-18135751046` identifier.
If the visitor rejects, only the fact of that choice is stored so the site can remember it.
The Google Ads tag is used for conversion measurement and ad campaign performance evaluation.
The tag is not loaded until the visitor gives explicit consent.
The `Cookie settings` button available on the site reopens the banner at any time so the visitor can change the choice.
Clearing the browser's local storage also removes the previous decision.
