2. Data We Process

The contact form asks for the following data: name, e-mail address, phone number and the message text.

The phone number helps us contact you regarding your request; if you do not wish to receive a phone call, you may indicate this in your message.

3. Purpose of Processing

The purpose of processing is to respond to inquiries, quote requests and messages, coordinate next steps and handle the IT issue or service need described by you.

4. Legal Basis

The legal basis is your consent, given by accepting this privacy notice before submitting the form.

If the inquiry is related to preparing or performing a contract, processing may also be based on contract preparation or performance.

5. Data Transfers and Processors

The form sends messages by SMTP e-mail. The controller's e-mail service provider may technically participate in delivery.

We do not sell your data, do not transfer it for marketing purposes and do not use it for newsletters without separate consent.

6. Retention Period

Contact form messages are retained as long as reasonably necessary for handling the inquiry, preparing an offer or later reference.

If no business relationship is established, the message will be deleted within 12 months at the latest, unless legal claims or laws require longer retention.

7. Your Rights

You may request access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and you may object to processing.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@blme.hu. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
