The contact form requests the following data: name, e-mail address, phone number and the message text.

The phone number is optional, but it helps us respond faster if needed.

3. Purpose of Processing

The purpose of processing is to respond to inquiries, quote requests, coordination and the IT issue or service need described by you.

4. Legal Basis

The legal basis is your consent given before submitting the form.

If the inquiry is related to preparing or performing a contract, processing may also be based on contract preparation or performance.

5. Data Transfers and Processors

The form sends messages via SMTP e-mail. The controller's e-mail service provider may technically participate in delivery.

We do not sell your data, do not transfer it for marketing purposes and do not use it for newsletters without separate consent.

6. Retention Period

Messages are retained as long as reasonably necessary for handling the inquiry, preparing an offer or later reference.

If no business relationship is established, the data will be deleted within 12 months at the latest, unless a longer period is required by law or legal claims.
